When you sign up or use my client app, you may give me:

  • Household details: the number of adults and children, and children's ages

  • Allergies, dietary needs, and related details you choose to share

  • Food preferences, favorite dishes, and notes about your family's needs

  • Your responses to proposed menus and your ratings and comments on meals

Information about children is provided by their parents or guardians. I do not collect information directly from children.

How I use it

I use your information only to:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver your meals safely

  • Keep allergens and foods you avoid out of your meals

  • Communicate with you about menus, deliveries, and your account

  • Improve my menus based on your feedback

Who can see it

Only I see your information. I also use trusted service providers to run my website and app, such as hosting and email. They handle your information only to provide those services.

I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it for advertising.

How I protect it

Your information is stored in a secure, password-protected system. Each family can see only its own account. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable time afterward in case you return. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can view and update your information in the app at any time. To request a copy of your information or have it deleted, email me at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If I make changes, I will update the date at the top and let current clients know about any significant changes.
